1. Introduction Welcome to Finatic Sites (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging Finatic Sites for Local SEO, Web Design, or related digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services We provide Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, and Web Design services.

• No Guarantee of Results: You explicitly acknowledge that Google’s algorithms are proprietary, constantly changing, and outside the control of Finatic Sites. We do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., #1 spot), specific traffic numbers, or lead volumes.

• Platform Suspensions: Finatic Sites employs industry best practices. However, we are strictly not liable for any suspension, removal, or penalization of your Google Business Profile or Website caused by Google’s internal updates, algorithm changes, or automated moderation bots.

3. Client Obligations & Delays To deliver results, we require timely cooperation (e.g., OTPs for verification, images, feedback).

• The “Clock Keeps Ticking”: If you fail to provide necessary assets or approvals within a reasonable timeframe, the billing cycle remains active. We do not pause subscriptions due to client-side delays.

• Third-Party Costs: The Client is solely responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to Domain Names, Website Hosting, and Premium Plugins/Themes.

4. Web Design & Revisions For web design projects, we provide three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions will be billed at an hourly rate or fixed fee determined by the complexity of the request.

• Intellectual Property: Finatic Sites retains full ownership of all designed assets, code, and graphics until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the Client.

• Portfolio Rights: You grant Finatic Sites the right to display your website and “Before & After” ranking results in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Payments & Liability

• Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Finatic Sites for any claim arising out of these terms (including negligence) is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for one (1) month of service.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Finatic Sites against any claims arising from the content you provide to us (e.g., copyrighted images or false claims on your website).

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
