Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Retainers: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent the next month’s charge, cancellation requests must be made prior to your next billing date.

• No Proration: Services are billed in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle.

2. Refund Policy

• General Rule: Due to the nature of digital services and the manual labor involved, all fees paid for services already rendered are strictly non-refundable.

• Conditional Exception: A refund is eligible only if Finatic Sites fails to deliver the initial agreed-upon Audit or Strategy Document within 7 days of the project start date.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes (Strict Clause) We take a zero-tolerance approach to chargeback fraud.

• Resolution First: If you have an issue with our service, you agree to contact pujanvasania@gmail.com to find a resolution.

• Unwarranted Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/credit card provider without first contacting us, your services will be immediately terminated.

• Consequences: You acknowledge that unwarranted chargebacks constitute a material breach of contract. You agree to be liable for all administrative costs incurred by Finatic Sites in fighting the dispute, and we reserve the right to report the incident to credit bureaus or relevant financial databases.
